Why we don't publish a price

Because what you pay depends on your fleet size, integrations, deployment model, and SLA needs. A published sticker price would either be a number nobody pays, or it would lock smaller fleets out of fair pricing. We quote you instead. Usually within two business days, with one number that includes every module.

Quotes exclude VAT. It is added at the rate of your country, and an EU business with a valid VAT number is reverse-charged.

Questions we hear a lot

Why don't you publish prices?

Because what you pay depends on your fleet size, integrations, deployment model, and SLA needs. Usually within two business days, with one number that includes every module.

Do you charge per driver?

No. NexGo, the driver app, is unlimited. Add as many drivers as you have. Dispatcher and back-office users are unlimited too. We will not surprise you with per-seat fees.

Can you help us build the business case?

Yes. The trial runs on your own routes for two to four weeks, so the comparison is with what you run today rather than with a projection. We go through the figures it produces with you: distance driven, driving hours, vehicles needed, jobs completed per day. Nothing is signed until you have them.

Can you import our existing data?

Yes. Customers, vehicles, drivers, stops, recurring jobs. We will work with you on the import. CSV, Excel, or a direct database extract: we adapt.

Where is our data stored?

EU-hosted by default, on Odoo's cloud platform. Private deployments are scoped per customer. Your data is yours. Exportable in standard formats whenever you ask.

Will it integrate with the rest of our stack?

Mapping, telematics, accounting and the Odoo apps are standard, and so are the customer and location portals. Carrier, 3PL and customer-system feeds are custom integration types, scoped and quoted on request.

What about vendor lock-in?

There is not one. NexOR runs on Odoo, an open platform. Your database and backups stay yours, exportable any time. If you ever leave us, you leave with everything.
